No. Insurance is not required for self-pay services. These services are ideal for individuals who are uninsured, have high deductibles, or prefer transparent pricing.
How much do self-pay services cost?
Pricing is clearly listed for each service on our website. You will know the cost before your visit, and payment is made in advance.
How do I pay for self-pay services?

Are self-pay prices the same for Veteran disability application services?
No. The self-pay prices listed on this page apply to routine medical, mental health, and specialty clinical services.
Services provided specifically to support a Veteran disability claim—such as compensation and pension–style evaluations, medical opinions, record reviews, or disability-related documentation—are distinct, non-treatment services and are priced separately.
Veteran disability support services require additional time, documentation review, and specialized reporting and therefore follow a separate fee structure.
