The Behavioral Health (BH) program provide mental wellness and counseling services by offering comprehensive mental health services, including psychiatric evaluations, therapy (individual, group, and family), and educational recovery programs. Our licensed providers work with clients to create a personalized plan that fosters resilience, connection, and lasting change.
Empowering individuals to heal from addiction through comprehensive support.
Our Substance Use & Recovery Services (SURS) provide evidence-based, trauma-informed care to help individuals overcome addiction and rebuild their lives. Services include Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), peer-to-peer recovery support, addiction counseling, detox navigation, and community living treatment. We meet each person where they are—with dignity, support, and real solutions.
Building independence through coordinated care and compassionate support.
The Cognitive & Development Wellness (CDW) program is designed to empower individuals with disabilities through hands-on support and care navigation. Services include behavioral health coordination, access to wellness care, social support, transportation assistance, nursing services, and help with home environment modifications for safer, more independent living.

Our health & Wellness program is called Whole Health Navigation (WHN) which provide wellness navigation Services to help individuals access essential preventive care, manage chronic conditions, and stay up to date with health screenings and immunizations. We guide clients to primary care providers, educate them about their health, and empower them to take charge of their wellness journey.

Our social support program is called Community Reentry & Wellness Program (CRWP) program, which assists individuals with complex life transitions—offering critical services like food and housing support, job placement, VA benefits assistance, transportation coordination, and access to behavioral health. Through cross-sector collaboration and individualized planning, we help each person return to community life with stability and hope.
